Having joined Autodesk almost 9 years ago Dan is an AutoCAD Product Support Specialist working front line support for subscription customers and partners, solving the technical issues that they face when working with our products.
Prior to joining Autodesk, Dan studied Construction at Sheffield Hallam University and Building Surveying at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. He then worked as an AutoCAD design draughtsman for a number of consulting engineers in and around Edinburgh. In total Dan has close to 15 years experience using and supporting AutoCAD.
