Silvia is the Technical Lead for AutoCAD for the Autodesk Product Support team in the EMEA region. Before moving to the UK, she used to work as a 3D visualizer for Architects in Berlin in Germany. Silvia joined Autodesk Product Support in 2005. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, walking, photography and has just started to learn to play the guitar.
