Crashes caused by Windows Media Player and Roxio DVD Player

Autodesk has received numerous Customer Error Reports (CER) of crashes in various Autodesk 2011 products that are being caused by the Microsoft Windows Media Player and the Roxio DVD Player.

At the time of the crash there is no obvious way for you to tell if the crash is related to one of these applications however we are able to determine this information based on the contents of the CER you submit.

If you experience a crash, be sure to submit your CER - you should always do this - and if your crash is related to one of these applications, you will receive an email directing you to one of the following solutions:
