Distephano: "I thought you were dead?"
Ripley: "Yeah, I get that a lot."

Between Christmas, New Years and a handful of vacation days, things have been pretty quiet around Without a Net lately but I'm back now so things should get a bit more active. I hope the new year is off to a good start for you (translation: we're only seven days in so I hope it hasn't fallen apart already). The new year brings a change for me at Autodesk.
Starting this month, I'm settling into my new role as Product Support Content Manager. My new responsibilities will include a focus on managing and improving the various technical solutions and support content we provide through the Product Support knowledgebase at www.autodesk.com/support. If you have any feedback on the overall experience of using our knowledgebase, please don't hesitate to let me know. You can leave a comment on this post or, better yet, send your feedback in an email to [email protected].
So, what does this change mean for Without a Net? Not a thing. I will continue to post here with AutoCAD-related support issues, tips, and letting you know when new support content becomes available. If anything, I expect to be posting more often than I have in the past (huzzah!).
To start the year off, here is a very brief video from Roberto Sigona, Vice President of Autodesk Product Support, describing the different options that are available for self-help technical support:

Until next time,
