Your description of the technical issues at Macworld sounds exactly like the issues plaging AU Virtual. From difficulties trying to find a specific class, to being unable to get into the 'cast until 15 minutes after it had already started (out of ~30 classes, only one actually let us in at the beginning, the rest had delays of 10 to 15 minutes). One class let us in 15 minutes after it started only for the "lecture" to be over 20 minutes after the start.

I've never been to AU or Macworld, but I've "been" to AU Virtual twice now and both times have been 3 days completely wasted. Several classes we wanted to see and couldn't for the above reasons still haven't shown up as downloadable - apparently they weren't even recorded, and several others have several minutes of dead air at the beginning that need to be skipped over - not really bragging moments for either Autodesk's "top notch" techs or their editing software....

I'm sorry to hear that, Lloyd. As I am usually involved in live classes, I don't have any first-hand experience with taking a virtual class at AU so my comparison was of the live classes.

I appreciate your feedback and I will pass it on to the appropriate people. Hopefully, things will run smoother next year.
