We're starting to receive more and more CERs (Customer Error Reports) related to crashes caused by trying to run AutoCAD on Windows® 8.
At this time, Windows® 8 and the Windows® 8 Consumer Preview are not supported operating systems for any AutoCAD versions. The AutoCAD team is actively investigating compatibility with these new platforms but, as of today, they are not currently supported.
